Salon Polices


All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of your service. While every effort will be made to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, late arrivals may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment as a consideration to other clients scheduled. 

As a consideration to everyone at drápóel, there is a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. You may be charged 50% of your scheduled service for missed appointments or late cancellations. We now require credit card information upon booking your appointments. This policy will also apply to late arrivals, and no-shows,

Children CANNOT wait in the salon while a parent or guardian is having a service done. Children are only permitted in the salon when they are receiving a service themselves. Clients who arrive to their appointment with a child/children may be asked to reschedule their appointment to a later date.
