for MOST services (see disclaimer below)

Late Arrival & Cancellations

All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of your service. While every effort will be made to accommodate unforeseen circumstances, late arrivals may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible. If you are more than 10 minutues late, we will need to reschdule your appointment as a consideration to other clients scheduled. As a consideration to us,there is a STRICT 24 hour cancellation policy. You may be charged 50% of your scheduled service at your next visit for missed appointments or late cancellations.

Child Supervision

We understand that you may need to bring your child to your appointment from time to time. If your child accompanies you to your appointment, they are not allowed in our main salon area during your service, they must be supervised in our waiting area.

Walk-in Service

Please feel free to come in any time, however, we recommend that you schedule an appointment in advance. Walk-in’s are certainly welcome if we can accommodate you.
